Reservations are guaranteed for the arrival and departure date listed on your booking confirmation form, at the rate given provided you used a valid credit card, or a deposit has been paid.  If you have to cancel your reservation you must cancel by 4pm local time the day prior to arrival.  If your guaranteed reservation is not cancelled according to our policy you will be responsible for the applicable payment and your credit card will automatically be debited.  Any deposit paid will be forfeited.  An administration charge may apply to all other cancellations.  Payment of balance of reservation is required on arrival.  Cheques will not be accepted unless paid 10 working days prior to booking, as full pre paid total payment. 

Drunkeness, offensive behavior/language which effects other guests peaceful stay will incur a warning and may result in eviction without refund.
